How long does Pre-Orders take?
  1. Order Processing & Assembly
    After your order is confirmed, it typically takes 2-3 weeks to complete the assembly of your custom watch including shipping of parts. This includes a 7-10 days shipments of parts + 7-day assembly period to ensure all elements meet our high-quality standards.

2. Shipping Time
Once assembled, your watch will be mailed out. Delivery usually takes 1-2 days within Singapore. For International, it wil depend of Shipping Choice.

3. Order Updates
Currently, we are unable to provide real-time order status updates. However, we are actively working on a solution to keep you informed of your order progress in the future.

My watch is faulty/damaged. What do I do?

Faulty or Damaged Watch Process
